Then come and join us at one of our Pisco Sour masterclass. We offer a unique insight into the most popular Peruvian traditions. So pop down to Chicama and learn how to prepare the most popular cocktail in Peru.

The experience includes an intimate masterclass with one of bar seniors, where you’ll learn how to make Pisco Sours, followed by a sumptuous feasting menu arranged to compliment the delicious drinks you will be preparing.
